Double cab speakers and wiring

    I have factory jbl but I would like to completely bypass it and Wire straight to the head unit. I do not want a subwoofer.
    What wires do I need to splice to run to the head unit? Is it the two coming after the tweeter crossover ?

    If you just want to get rid of the sub then simply cut the speaker wires running to it... Done

    That doesn't work with the jbl system. That shuts down al speakers

    WTF??? really?? How the fuck does that work?? That is an output, not an input or loop...

    Ok now my head hurts trying to think about how that is possible... Is the amp attached to the sub box?

    The speakers run to the sub then to the HU. Stupid!! I've read a ton about it and most people re wire all the speakers. I unplugged it and what do you know...no sound lol
