Rear License Plate Issue

    Put on my plates the other day and noticed how loose the rear seemed after assembly compared with the front. I'm assuming that it is possible that the previous owner over-threaded the standard 10mm screws, but I need a solution so it doesn't flap away in the North Dakota wind. Larger set of screws possibly? :notsure: All suggestions welcome.

    Seems you should be able to take it off and see if the plastic sheath is stripped or what size screw will work best.

    There's always new plugs for it or loctite :)

    I had the same problem, you can see the bolts if you get under the bumper and they are in the back. I just used a bolt and nylon locking nut to keep it solid

    There's a thread on this some place
    Could put bolts all the way through with nylock bolts on back. you can access back of bumper from underneath
    I had same prob used same size but longer screws worked good for me
