    Use caution with hydro ebrake. If it leaks down over time, your truck might go for ride without you.

    Use a mechanical line lock. Like drag racers do. They will bleed down over hours. If you do it check how long it holds. Before you trust it.

    If you have the valve in back you'll have to run 2 of them.

    A mechanical line lock might be a good idea. And that wouldn't be fun to,lose them... What about hooking the mechanical handbrake to a long handle???

    Ive had to use it some situations in the desert. You'll be quite amazed by how I learned how to,use the stock lol.

    Hydro would be in a completely different location. Hard to rip the e brake in a turn where it is now

    Why not redesign The cable system to allow the handle to be between the seats .

    I did that in my Chevy 4x4 about 40 years ago when I Installed Bucket seats

    Live and Learn

    The only bad part is having to make custom parts when things break

    The 3rd gen 4runners have a hand brake that is between the seats. You will have to drill the hole in the floor, but everything else might bolt right up.....idk
