Who has one? How do you like it? What are some cool must have apps?

Any suggestions on a protective case? Something that is not bulky would be best.

    Thanks!

bad ass!!!!! I've had one for 3 years or so, when ever they first came out, i love it, its a good alternative to having a iphone like device w/o crappy at&t service, and for apps there are so many just get on the app store and look for what your into!!!

I have a 16Gb ipod touch, and love it. Got it for Christmas 2008. I could go into cool apps all day long, just browse the app-store icon on the device when you get it, click the "top 25" button, then browse "top free" and "top paid". you'll be surprised at all the cool things you'll find that cost nothing! As for protective cases, I have a clear hard case on mine that has a fold-out prop-up thing on the back. It's called a "videoshell" by DLO. You can find it at Best Buy for 19.99. Hope this helps! :)

Ive had one for about 2 years now, they are great, movies are actuly good to watch on them even thought the screen is small. I just got a silicone case form best buy, but also make sure you get a screen protector bc the screen will get scratched no matter how careful you are.

I like my 8GB version. There are a lot of free apps and games available on iTunes.

I want one bad but I have an 80gb iPod classic that is pretty much filled up...The biggest iTouch you can get right now is 64gb. I will wait to get one when they are up to at least 120gb.

But my friend has one and it's badass! Not sure about apps...

Good tip about the protector! Would I do that before putting it into the case?

    Thanks for the relpies everyone!

I got the 32GB. I wanted the updated hardware that went into the new iPhone. Only the 32/64GB models are like this. I guess the 8GB is a 2G with the new OS from what I have read. I haven't even opened it up yet lol!

Can't you rip them to a PC and convert and upload them to the touch? Or is that not possible?

Yea, make sure the screen is super clean before you put it on, then while putting it on use a credit card or something similar to make most of the air bubbles get pushed out
