getting a good laugh out of reading this, but feel your pain at the same time. anytime i have a long weekend, you bet ill be on the end of a buffer. i park under a light in my driveway too but its especially bad in the summer time. and at school where i park are near trees, and nearly everytime i go to my truck a bird leaves me a nice surprise on my truck. the goal is to have enough wax on my truck to where the bird shit just slides right off, but even with 6 coats, it still ain't slick enough. guess we'll just keep adding til it is.

Shipping was good. 3-4 business days I think. They are in CA, I'm in TX. Definitely recommend ordering or preparing a wind fairing. Sounded awful without it

 

Oh for sure. On my bmw rack i had to rig a thule fairing, does the inno require anything else? It looks like they are just clamps on the mounts that bolt tight.

Nope just 3 clamps. It's pretty sturdy and super easy to remove. Probably would want to go up a size from the WRX one though.

Cobbs a good company, I wish they would look into Tacoma parts too

me and you both, sap too. i hate that stuff, but nothing is worse than bird shit. Itll kill your paint if it sits on there too. plus who wants to drive around with crap on their truck

 

If you have a factory radio you can change that in the settings. I did it on my 15 Taco.

 

I have those on the doors of my s10. Love them! Going Rockford on the taco!

 

Either I'm a dumbass or my radio (2014 base non-nav, non-apps, non-jbl) doesn't do that. Or maybe both. I dunno.


EDIT: I am a dumbass, though not for this reason. My radio definitely doesn't have any setting for headlights/no headlights; daytime/nighttime. (It did have general brightness, but I do want it bright during the day when I'm running around with my headlights on and dim when it's actually night.)

I changed it somehow it's always stay the same dimmness weather headlights on on or off. Give a few minutes & I'll check

 

OK on my radio I hit strip then display settings I have day mode @ bottom that I can change it's basically always dim instead of auto dim. Still easy to see
