    I personally recommend it. I like their style. Less money on advertising and more on quality.

    I feel " lighter" so to speak. Like it's easier for me to get off the floor using my legs, or even walking. I think my muscles are helping me, especially my calves. I've been throwing in some calves at least once a week, going heavy and getting that stretch. My noodz on my calves are starting to get better, more defined. Also doing more running with more incline to hit those calves.

    Has anyone else felt like this? Feel faster or less stress on your body because dem gainz on legs?

    I bought some straps yesterday so hoping to hit some deads heavy on leg day when I get back into town.

    This thread has gotten quiet. I want to hear some noise. It's always inspirational to hear what you guys do at the gym or post noodz.

    Don't use straps. Work on your grip strength. I use to use straps just to pull 300 off the ground. I can pull 415 now without them. Just dust a little chalk on the bar and yank away...

    I've recently switched my calf routine. I used to hit them for 8-10min post leg day but now I hit them on a day when I don't work legs so that they get the TLC they deserve...

    Fair enough. I'll keep the straps when I DL 500 then. Haha.
    Yea I noticed grip strength is decent but starts to fail after the 3rd set. Our gym doesn't allow chalk. I guess the clean up is messy?
    I'll start working calves on off days, just like working those rotator cuff muscles.

    Do you foam roll? I've been thinking about starting it to hopefully help my mobility and mostly for my shoulder area. But I read that its good to do it after a good leg day.

    I have a foam roller and use it when I get "frogs" in my muscle if I can't work them out. I also use it for my hip flexors. I've found my squat has improved, both depth and weight, from having more flexibility there...

    My gym doesn't love chalk but it's really easy to control the mess. I have a chalk ball and lay it on a towel under the bar I'm using. I have another towel that I wet so I can wipe everything with it. I wipe the plates, bar, and area around me when I'm done. I'm sure your gym would be OK with it as long as you aren't standing in the middle of the room clapping chalk clouds like Lebron :notsure:

    Good to know. I'll be getting one for sure and doing that to hopefully improve my skwats. Right now I feel like they're ok, but since I'm a noob to all this, I feel like I can always be improving somewhere. Tonight is leg day! Hope to be sore tomorrow!

    Just me and one other guy in the gym today. He clearly saw me on the lat pulldown machine. Super setting with some rows. Turn around and he's on the lat pulldown machine. Only two of us and he takes the same machine I was using.
