What I usually do is when the radio is brand new, I'll hook it up to Chirp and do a download. I'll save that file as a factory settings back up then work off of that.

The rest of us think the vandals are simply more extreme versions of the peaceful protesters that share the same goals. Or DGAF and just want the shit to stop.
