I honestly haven't looked at sled since I left Colorado 8 years ago. I miss them.

Sold mine two years ago after like three years of shitty snow seasons. Nothing quite like boondocking across an open field of powder at 60 though! That is until you get bucked :D

For some Lyon county info, the roadway in this link is currently under construction and sked to be open to traffic late this year. That will put a direct connection between I-80 at the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center and Silver Springs. I know of several developers that are planning to build a bunch of new housing in SS and expect they'll likely start this summer. There's also a lot of new housing construction going on in Fernley right now in anticipation of the expected job growth at TRIC.

This is good to read, thanks. We relocated to SoCal from WV for my wife's job. It worked out since we wanted ultimately be out west but we're counting our time here...ugh, we're not live on top of one another type of people. Granted, it works for "city folk" but that's not us. We were hoping to buy some land and jump across the border to NV but I'm beginning to scratch my head and consider AZ. I've got half of my toys with family up in WA. Now I'm confused as shit, any input would be helpful.

AZ is a good state outside of Phoenix.

NV is a good state outside of Las Vegas, mostly. I wouldn't want to move here to retire though. Hoping to be out of here in the next 5-10 yrs. We'll see what NV does here. Like I said, watch this next session of state legislature, starting next weekend.

Yeah why would we want to help anyone looking to move to this state right? Fuck me right?

Thanks for deleting all the stuff about question 1. Pertinent info for moving to this state.

Again I respect your opinion man but I made a mistake and so did you. He's just enforcing it. Seems we even have a problem with the "online government" too.
