We accepted one refugee before Trump blocked them. So far shes handling the locals quite well. Not many females can. So one can only assume that she has either a really strong backbone, or balls.

In your case yes. In my case also. I sometimes point out scandalous dressed women to my wife and say"can you believe what shes wearing? Shes half naked? I should offer her my jacked so she doesn't catch a cold." Without missing a beet she replies" that would be very expensive" It's a joke that we participate in and keeps us on our toes. We have been together 30 years and married 26.

 

The walls are always the hardest part of it all. Sounds like you're doing it right, but just make sure to keep short term goals, but never lose sight of the ultimate goal. Totally understand the stress eating, as it's often the easiest and most comforting thing to do. Believe me, as someone who grew up constantly around food (family owns several restaurants) I totally get where you are coming from. Hopefully you are finding new and constructive ways of dealing with the stress. For me, I just try to keep active.... Gym twice a day, mountain biking, reading, projects, you name it, I often never stop moving.... But you seem to want it, so I have no doubt that you'll get to where you want to be.

 

Maybe one day I will understand what you mean by this lol.
