Looks like you need to do a blind taste test and let us know which is truly best; ring dings vs cupcakes, ho ho's vs yodels...

I need to start (restart) on my elliptical. Since I've cut the things out of my diet that the doc wants out, I dropped 25 lbs but have gone as far as I can go on just diet alone. So now I have to start in with some exercise. I'm sure it'll do me some good to with the blood sugar too. I need to do another a1c in a few months so this is a good time to start.

Uva is doing a new study about the effects of exercise post evening meal. I can tell you it's been working so far as I've had the best fasting numbers I think I've ever had in the morning. This is geared toward diabetes, however, they say benneficial to many things

Post meal exercise is very beneficial except it raises my adrenaline and takes longer for me to get to sleep. As long as I can get home by 1630, eat, and exercise by 1730-1800, it's not too bad. But I do like those morning numbers better.

We were talking about these little trailers a few days ago. There were 3 of them in the same lot today at work. The 2nd one is a 13' and the owner pulls it with a vw wagon. There was another pair of Casitas that were being pulled by 4 Runners.

I do dig ditches...I use an excavator.

Today we finally had enough parts to fully repair the leak from Tuesday. Seems like that section was an old repair that just wasn't done right and had work-arounds on the older abandoned stuff that should have been cleaned up years ago. Then, just so life will be easier the next time, we added a drain line on the main. As we do repairs on the branches to the other building we'll add individual drains on those too where we can.

The concrete slab is actually the floor of an old restroom. It appears as though, when it was decommissioned and they turned the supply line to the new restroom, they didn't dig back under the old slab and cut the pipes back. They only cut off enough to make the turns and we kept finding old pipes, fittings, phone lines in steel conduit (rusted through), sensor cables (it's below a large earthen dam), high voltage lines and a bunch junk they left behind in the trench. We even found bags of bedding sand still in the sandbags ontop of the pipe.
