    I thought it was state law banning the use of phones in school zone? Thought it passed several years ago... College Station just enacted hands free only laws. Driving has improved some, but I don't think the PD has started to hammer drivers yet.

    Saw this puppy out in the wild yesterday. I had a chance to catch up and speak to the owner at a gas station. He mentioned that the wooden rack was used for animal feed transport, he owns a ranch, and his wife had demanded it be removable. He showed off his work and mentioned it would be off the bed in 5 min max. Really cool guy that made is Taco meet his needs
