Ahhh I've got the wheels and tires in my shopping cart... just need to pull the trigger on 16's or 17's and still can't decide. May I ask why you didn't go with 17's? The difference in price is negligible at this point for me. I have both Grids and NV's in my cart haha.

 

I like 16s more. Bigger sidewall tires, looks beefier to me. PM me, I can get Methods and tires for cheaper

 

Ive had Dbl Stnd for 10 mos and the bolts are rusting ...

 

^^Did you contact Method about the rust, bolts are zinc plated and should not rust. They have great customer support.

Method Race 105 BeadLock, Machined, 17X8.5 0mm/4.75. With 34X10.5X17 KO2s.

 

Yes I did waiting on stainless steel bolts to come in

 

16×8 Method Race with 4-1/2" backspace.

 

255/85 r16 would be a better choice for driveability, power and mpgs. Not sure why people think a wider tire is better

 

Old thread I know but what grill is on your truck? Also do you have any photos showing the tire and fender as far as how far in or out it sits in relationship to the fender? “Offset” I know these are a 0 offset rim with 4.5 bs but id like to see how much “poke” it has if any. Thank you!

 

265/70/18, -12 offset. Shit ton of trimming and CMC

 

-12 offset 17x9 method standards, with toyo open country AT2, I removed my front mudflap and barely any rubbing unless fully turned.

 

I’m a few years late, but can you still get a good deal on some methods? I’ve been looking for some NV’s in a 16x8 0 offset.
