I would have loved to see this. Amazing that they could break down through an inch and a half of plywood and then go the opposite direction through the air and through a piece of drywall. I thought my story about getting hit in the face with a top hat of a Macpherson strut that didn't have compressors on the spring at all was pretty good. Now I wonder how I lived through it.

    This is the DYF solution:

The Moroso drag coils for a Camaro were very "springy"....They were essentially longer versions of the coils that were in 6-cylinder cars. The object was to give the front end "hop" when it launched. They were about 18" or so long when in static state, and we had 'em tied down to about 10" for install. I was a nervous wreck for 2 hours after that. Another inch or 2 farther forward and it would have got me in the face. (Such a beautiful face at that!) There's a LOT of energy stored up in a compressed coil spring

Waiting for the sun to come up so I can get started on the Super Bumps. Shouldn't take long. Sux have a 4 car garage that has so much shit in it that I can't get the truck inside. Nice and toasty warm in there too. Oh well.....Could easily be the site of a new reality TV show......"TOOL HOARDERS" . Gonna be one hell of an estate sale one of these days.

I've got enough woodworking equipment to equip a cabinet shop. Enough mechanics tools to equip an auto repair shop. A radio/electronics test bench. And then there's 2 tractors, a '68 Camaro rolling chassis, and the wifes upholstery equipment.
