Installed CCG with the matching bezel. Love it.

 

Made a trip to BudBuilt for a set of skid plates for my truck. Bud gave me the tour of his shop, then posed for this photo. He is a super nice guy who makes a great product and cares about his customers.

 

That blows! My bosses truck from June had the same in the same spot. Around here SW PA all the gas well folks dump tons of shit of the roads and highways. That what I think anyway.

 

I just installed the same one on my MGM but with black letters. It's a whole new truck from the front now.

 

Actually they do come with the toyo's

 

The Sport and SR5s do, yes, but not the Offroad or Pros.

 

Trust me I know what I'm talking about and they do.

 

Okay, well perhaps they do, but explain/provide evidence/etc., since the consensus is they don't and most here have never seen an off road with stock toyos. Not trying to argue, trying to get clarification besides hearsay.

 

I'll get more info next week. I was thinking maybe they aren't US destination vehicles but someone else has seen it so maybe it's only certain OR models.

 

I remember it was part of the huge marketing of the truck, the Goodyear Kevlar's for the OR models and anything I've seen and from everyone's off-roads here they are coming with Goodyears. Could understand/would make sense if they aren't standard on US destination though. Thanks.

That's what I thought, that all off roads and pro's game with goodyears with that Kevlar b.s. Now it's a couple people saying that some actually come with Toyos?

It all started when I asked @reece54 if he had purchased his truck new, because his tires didn't look like my oem goodyears. I thought maybe dealer changed them or he did. Also just noticed, is there four holes drilled into the front bumper where the plate goes?

 

Yep and there should only be 2. And agreed, I still think only the Goodyears on the Offroad, but I certainly don't work for Toyota just experience and love affair with these trucks. No worries.

 

I'd like to by the knob and bed mat if you'd be willing to ship it... i know thats not ideal but...

 

One of my family members works at a toyota dealership in Atl and i own a 2016 TRD Off-road. I've seen some of the reports and beside people changing their minds the other big issue with these trucks is there transmission. Everyone i know "on the inside" told me to keep it as long as i had a warranty and get rid of it the second its finished...
