My exercise is my work. Not going to come home exhausted and jump on a elip.
If I retire then for sure I'll have to do something.
I use to do the gym, workout, muscle and cardio thing.
    Then I got old...

Exercise is always good but it's your diet that will make the biggest difference in your long term weight loss.Good luck and keep at it.

    Morning all.

Monster Truck show day here. I've never been to one, just watched a bit on TV. Kids all went to one when they were in San Antonio and enjoyed it; this one lined up while we were visiting, figured why not? Wife went all out and got pit passes too, so we'll go about 2PM to go thru the pits, then go have dinner at some German restaurant the kids are going on about, and back for the show at 7PM. Not sure what's happening for the morning, but want to see if Mom (Great Grandma) will make some more pancakes; they were so good Wed morning.

Hope it's a good day for everyone. :)

Morning all. On my way out to get a hair cut - the little that's left. It takes the same 30 minutes regardless if you have dreadlocks or are bald. We'll call the remaining 29 minutes of my "seat time" therapy.

    2 words.
    Ear plugs.
It's loud even if it's outside. But a blast.

    Morning all.

IIRC the drivers will be there and you can have pic taken.
I wonder if Dennis Anderson is driving the "grave digger" or if he will have "King Sling" on display.

Well I got the 3' wall cabinets to go in place of fridge yesterday. but have to do some sheetrock repair first. Then raise the fridge receptacle up above the new counter height. Then get a 6' base cabinet.

Crap! I meant to bring extra plugs from work and a couple ear defender muffs I've got at home for the grandkids. I'm gonna run out to Wally World while everyone is still sleeping around here.

    Thanks Kevin! :burnrubber:

He tried to do a backflip on the backflip ramp in Tampa and hit it wrong and did a 180 landing on the roof.
Didn't say what his injuries are.

Yea well he has a bad back too. They keep playing with seat designes. Last time I knew years ago they were using a sling seat or something. Not bolted down or what ever. Have no idea what they do now.
