Hey Jimmy, how was the crawl box install?

Any 'gotchas'? Did you fab your own crossmember, and what mount did you use?

Thanks, man! Mine is still in the box in my garage...

If you are still ifs you can use the stock crossmember with a crawl box.

Thanks, man! When I get closer to installing it, I'm definitely gonna hit you up with some questions, if you don't mind!

Definitely a slick install, starting to see this more and more as a goto install spot.

As far as where the shifter lands?

I thought it would come up the cup holder, but was pleasantly surprised it came up out of the useless change slot thing lol

    Nice!

Looks familiar. I'm planning on running triple sticks with mine. Possibly a 1" body lift to help create some clearance.

Also, I don't want to jack your thread, but if your fab guy mentions any issues with the taco box install, would you mind posting them up? I'm likely going to be installing mine late summer or fall. Thanks!

lol you're not jacking my thread man, it's a build page, I'm open to questions.

The only issue he had was with my link mounts on the frame. He had to do some clearancing get the crossmember all the way up

    Awesome. Thanks, bud!

I know I've said it before, but your build is damn near exactly where I'd like mine to be someday!

Oh my god this thing is geared so low lol. Been messing around with 2wd double low and it's amazing.

Even put it in double low while pulling in the driveway with my girlfriend just staring with annoyance at me while I had a shit eating grin on my face :D
