Yea They gather there and head down thru town like the old days. Stock yards are now an office park. They kept the signs and name but the smell is long gone.

I know when the squirrel is out front when the boxers are sitting staring up and just their ears move.

 

I know, but the coyotes, bobcats and mountain lions are all very hungry. When he is full size I may change my mind, but at 2 years old, no.

 

Nice collection. Are you able to procure those locally? Many micro breweries in this area have created enough competition forcing them to raise the bar. Seeing more of the unfiltered, unpasteurized barrel aged varieties springing up.

Yes.
After traveling to Germany several times and sampling, those represent the styles I like. Dark Doppelboks to be specific. I'm not a huge fan of the countless IPA's that are out now as they're a bit too "hoppy" for me. The smoked beers are a treat.
