    Project day is done.
    Installed new carb on blower
Soaked and overhauled new gen carb.
Still surged like hell for about 5 min then started to smooth out.
Was one of the worse carbs I've seen. Smooth right now.
We shall see. I'll put another gal of fuel through it and let her go.
    Then I'll clean her up.
Time for a shower and relax the rest of the weekend.

    :worthless: :D

Morning Kevin. Still trying to decide :anonymous:

    :worthless:

    :smack: stoopid auto correct :annoyed:

:pout: had to start wearing a hat two years ago after a visit to the dermatologist and that horrible cream I had to use....

You and me both!!! Way too many rude people.... couple of years ago, I quit dodging all of them... oh, well if your kid falls down because you weren't paying attention to him  I watch out for the babies :anonymous: but not big people who should be watching where they walk!!!

    :worthless: :D

    :hattip: Thank you.

    :argue: :smack:

    :( Yes he is :(

Love some of the ice sculpture's they make.

While waiting to get on base today, gate guard was gabbing with the car in front of me..... I tapped my horn, because there were at least 6 cars in line. She said it was someone from her leadership  Well then he should have known better than to hold the line up. He could have parked out of the way and walked up to talk to her. For all I knew it could have been her bf and they were planning a date.

    afternoon all

I'm pretty much the same way to the point where I really don't much care for get togethers anymore.

    That just looks cold.
Cold and damp here. Typical rodeo weather.

Well the scab is slowly healing. Sitting down for a few before I hang cabinet.

I can handle a crowd if I have an escape route. If it's a gtg and a half a dozen that's ok too.
I need my space. I need quiet. I don't do parties except to stop in for an hour. After that I split.

Most of my friends are type A (military, badges, authority) and the get togethers usually revolve around or end up with booze. Love my friends but usually don't stay all that long anymore after dealing with snowbirds all week...there is a similarity between them and I have really gotten to depend on my peace and quiet and down time during the busy season.

Well $250 for a harness, and I only needed the alt/starter to fuse block part. But my battery light is still on so I am guessing the diode in the alternator might have blown...where is that picture of a monkey working on the engine?

Batteries still charge so I at least fixed the issue where the water gets into the wiring. I just have to stare at the damn battery light, oh wait I have electrical tape.

I still worry about Sue and her sores.

Good question. never payed attention. It's a yellow chonda engine. Smells of varnish.
Only raced it one weekend and it's sat since.
