    Hello TW,
I've been working on this for about a year and want to finish it up the right way.

My truck is riding high in the front like a bro truck and I just want to get it level.
The front fender well is 39.25" from the ground and the back is 36.5" so, I am considerably front-high with a difference of 2.75"

Here is what I have done to it:
Front- OME 885 springs and Bilstein 5100s, which are supposed to be set at 0*
I had them installed at a local shop and the increased front lift might be caused by them setting the shocks at a higher setting?

Back- just installed Toyota recall/replaced springs, Bilstein 5100s (the ones that will handle up to a 2" lift) and a 1.5 inch lift block.

I am thinking one of two scenarios:
    1. get an add-a-leaf for the back, and longer Bilstein shocks to handle the 3+" of lift

    2. see if the front shocks are set above zero, or if the springs were installed upside down which would cause the greater than expected front lift. I read about the springs "settling" about 0.5 inch a few months after they are installed but, I didn't notice this.

I am open to any suggestions, thank you so muc

I tried to put pictures in this post but they are on my 'media page' if you click on my profile, couldn't figure out how to imbed them in the post.

Without seeing the BOTTOM of the coil assembly I'm going to guess they put the spring perch on upside down. You have waaay too much front lift AND stock control arms which means your caster is extremely low.

My bet is your spring perches are on upside down. Post a pic of the bottom half of your shocks and it will be easier to confirm.

I took a couple of pics of the bottom of the springs, can you tell if they are installed properly?

True. With those perches, upside down, there's not a whole lot keeping those rings in place.

So, the perches at the bottom of the spring are installed upside down? If they were flipped, the springs would set down a bit lower and cover the perch right?

Precisely. It's a common occurrence, believe it or not.
