I initially had the 3rd leaf out and a week later wound up putting it back in, so I'm running the full leaf pack, yes. Also, yes I am running the center carrier drop and have had no vibrations at all. Seems like that's a little hit or miss, but so far so good.

I had initially taken out the 3rd leaf, but within a week put it back in. I'm running full leaf packs now and in all of my truck's pictures. The driver's side does use the 5mm trim packer within the coil to correct Taco lean. The 1/4" plate spacer sits on top of the assembled coils and translates down to the LCA's and gives about a 1/2" additional lift. With the 888 coils and that 1/4" Headstrong top plate spacer I'm getting 3.5" front end lift. I intend on putting on a lo-pro front winch bumper, so that should drop me back down to 3" of lift up front. I have zero rubbing and did zero trimming with my 285/70R17's.

Ya, I went with the @HeadStrong Off-Road 1/2'' spacer.. im happy with it, it leveled my truck out perfectly. And yes it sits on top of the strut, did not notice any difference in ride.

Yes, that is exactly what I did......I wanted to go ahead and install the plate spacers for the extra 1/2" lift right out of the gate since I intend on putting on a Southern Style Offroad or similar low profile winch bumper.......that's going to add enough wight to sag it about 1/2", so then I'll still be sitting at 3" of lift.

Since lifting I have since added sliders, full set of aluminum skids and am about to add an aluminum CBI bumper. I currently have about .5 inches of rake between the added armor and the settling of the 888s. My measurements from hub to fender today are as follows
    Driver front 23.25
    Driver rear 23.75
    Passenger front 23.5
    Passenger rear 24

I would like to get back to leveled. Would you recommend bumping the 5100s up to the 0.85 setting or would it be smarter/safer to move the 0.25 in spacer to the passenger side and get a new 0.5 in spacer for the driver side? I don't want to make the ride any harsher and don't want to run into issues with brake lines and abs lines being too short up front but would really love to have it leveled. The other option I have considered is removing the factory overload spring in the rear to bring the rear down as opposed to bringing the front up.

You're so close to level anyway I personally wouldn't mess with it.........removing an overload will drop the truck exactly the thickness of the overload. Might be easier in your case to move the front shocks up to the .85" setting and see what that does for you. But, like I said, you're within like 1/4"......I wouldn't mess with it......I'd be shocked if you could visually tell a difference.

I won't get into the 1/8" squabble here........the average hub to fender of my front is 24" and the average hub to fender of my rear is 24.25". That is after numerous off road forays during hunting season and 4000 miles.

I just installed my full OME kit, 888 coils upfront(with trim pack and additional 1/4"spacers), full Dakars in the rear and Camburg UCA's. The alignment was done right after install and everything looks great. Running 285/70/17's and only rubbing is the mudflaps, which i'll be taking off. The OME carrier bearing drop is installed and I'm having this pulsing vibration at all speeds, any ideas? Beside this vibration, the OME kit rides like a dream.

Awesome, just read your write up. Thanks for the info!! much appreciated, will give the 4wd test a try in a little while. I don't even know if I want to try the dealership as far as warranty goes. How much did it run you to get it replaced?

If your truck is lifted, they will likely blame it on the lift. They will also most likely not want to install an aftermarket part like the ECGS bushing (even though it is far superior to the weak bearing) and will tell you that it voids the warranty on the front diff. This is what they told me. Save yourself the time and hassle and either find a reputable shop to install the bushing or do it yourself. The part itself is not that expensive. A shop should quote you 2-3 hours labour for the install. If they work on lifted Tacomas, they will have likely done this job before as it is not something limited to just the 3rd gen.

BCJake is right on the money........I have the exact same setup that you do....literally......and I have no vibrations at all.......I'm afraid this seems to be a real hit or miss issue with Taco's

Little update, I contacted the dealer just for my own curiosity just to see if there was a small chance in hell they'd be willing to do it. I didn't mention the lift at all and just asked if they would install the ECGS bushing under warranty. As expected, basically word for word of what BCJake said lol. Verified the 4wd test and ordered the bushing over the weekend. Now after driving with the vibration a few days, it's definitely from the front end.
Driveline is perfect from the front diff back so no issues there. Will post pics of the lift sometime this week, take some measurements, and provide wheel and tire info as well

Got dumped on the other day, had to take it out and have some fun!
    Haven't taken any measurements yet.

    Lift:
-OME 888 coils in front (OME trim spacer on Driver side)
    -1/4" spacers
    -90021 Front shocks
    -Full Dakar Pack in rear
    -Camburg UCA's

    Wheels:
-17x8.5 Pro Comp Rockwell (Serious 5034)
    -Backspace - 4.75
    -0mm offset

    Tires:
    -Falken Wildpeak A/T3W
-P285/70r17 (YES these are P rated!, come in an LT version as well)

Was driving through up to 5-6 inches of snow at some points. This thing plowed through it like nothing. Super happy with this set up.

Sir, did you used your stock U bolts or longer one? Or if anyone know if longer u bolt is needed for the OME Dakar leaf pack?
