    Ward backed up into the crease but no contact , definitely a good goal

    What a goofy game , there could have easily been 10 goals in that game for both teams

    Blues had a lot of emotion, I would imagine. Plus, they are just a better team (on paper). There was a good chance that was going to happen to the Leafs, given the situation. A couple of those goals were a tad soft but Anderson also made some pretty big stops. I wouldn't blame that loss on goaltending alone, by any means.

    Yeah, I didn't have a feed of that game. Looking at the box score though Andersen has had a tough couple of outings. I'm pretty sure we're about to see a slide. It happens to young teams.

    Ya I am interested to see how the Leafs and Oilers handle the 2nd half. Both have had a rough couple games lately. There is that chance that the young team can't make that final push just yet. Even so, both have been very nice surprises this year, so far.

    That'd be a shame. It's not his fault Boston has traded away so many pieces that could of covered up what they lost to age and free agency. Management created their own issues. Between the Salary Cap punishment a couple of years ago and the trades they made after their cup win it's not hard to see why they are where they are now.
