What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

Not what I did to, but more what I did for. So... Came across what I think is a good deal for some retros, so pulled the trigger!

First step is done, which is commit and have the necessary parts ordered. Now I wait for them to arrive and the build begin.

 

Decided to start on soundproofing the truck. Only got the back done today but I'm pleased with it so far, had to lay around all the clip holes which sucks but it works. Before and After

 

Minor battery upgrade! odyssey group 31 and pelfreybilt cage installed today

 

Looks sick. Plan on doing this eventually, to the back and doors to start off. Waiting around for a GB for the stuff to jump in on it.

 

Are you waiting to buy dynamat?

 

Installed the Pelfreybilt sliders today!

 

I think that's what they do the GB on... Right?! If so, yeah I guess. Not in a rush to do it. Have to wait for the weather to warm up here in the NE anyway.

 

Don't buy dynamat or fat mat unless you just have a ton of money that you want to waste for a brand name. My whole back wall costs me $20!!!!

Finally got around to installing the IFS skid

 

installed a toolbox I bought from @loosnut

And that stuff works/can be used as a sound deadner?! Seems like it's for pipe repair and stuff like that...
