    Atkins doesn't work. If you really want to lose weight, buy Dr Phil's 20-20 book and follow it to a tee. I lost 50 pounds following that diet...no shit. Not easy, but worth the benefit.

    Just to add to that, I'm 5'8" and weighed 210 lbs, now weigh 160lbs, it definitely works. Trust someone who has had success. Atkins is a lot of hype.

    Anybody got their favorite beer lined up for Super Bowl? I'm thinking a nice IPA from my favorite local brewer, after the winter spiced one that was a gift from my stepson. Dropping my do to, just because it's Super Bowl.

    Yea, same people, I can't find anyone that has tried it. I am tempted but would like to know from someone who has had it if its worth it.
    I am not a big fan of cream soda, but it looks like it may be o.k.
    I haven't had the ginger ale either, so I guess I should not bother with it.
