You are going to scratch it off and retouching powdercoat is a ball ache. Hit then with a couple coats of self etching primer and some semi-gloss out of a rattle can. Easy to touch up and looks fine. The sliders on my Tacoma were done that way and I've touched them up myself with ease.

For sliders I'd keep to painting them yourself anyways, they take a bunch of abuse from your tires. Either way you'll be touching them up

Have to make some room, still have my stock wheels for a spare set so these need to find a new home

Before they go to the classifieds ill see if anyone has interest thats local. 4 SCS F5 3.5bs wheels with 315/75/16 Hankook RT03 tires, tread life is between 40-60% (ill get a gauge to properly measure them) all wheels have rock rash around the lip (see pictures)

edit: If needed, will help do the work needed to make these fit

    Yeah.
Can that even be fixed? Well, anything can be fixed, but should it? I would be looking at Pick N Pull, you've got a wide range of year models that should work.
