If you have a Sams nearby, they have a great double LED light fixture for about 35 bucks --Superbright and no warm up time --I sold most all of my used T8 flourescents and bought 6 of these new ones. They are 5K (daylight tone) and this worried me -- but I really like them in my garage and workshop.

Done it also. Just depends on the surface. Red clay works really well.

I do need to load up the dehydator though. I need pears, apples and jerky for the week. I am reading up on nutritional values of other stuff. I wasn't aware that celery has natural nitrates but they're offset by its own vitamin C.
