If you're talking about the exit off I-77, if you turn right onto forest drive instead of left to go towards the base, there'll be a starbucks (or maybe it's not even there anymore, haven't been there in years) in this little shopping plaza on your left after about a mile. I definitely know the starbucks on base and i never realized that potential for confusion until now lol

So whats the best way going about buying new tires? Is it as simple as going to a tire shop and having them do everything, or is there a way I can save money in the process?

Yeah, go in and bend over. Ask for credit for you old tires if they have life left. Then ask them how you can save some money off the first price they tell ya.
