...^^^... was thinking the same thing when I first saw it ...it looks like a hybrid of ... T-38 and a Bede.

Single seat Mooney?... Fixed gear? The exposed jugs like a Cub's engine give away it's old age. :D

I'm so jealous of all you pilots and everyone who gets to work around aviation... I could neve follow my dream of being in the Air Force because of asthma... My wife is in the Air National Guard and I get to experience things like the F-16 simulators and going on base to get up close with the F-16s! She got to fly in the F-16D last summer and I was there to watch! She's flown in KC-135s to refuel F-22's F-15's and A-10's I have pictures that she took inside. So I'll post some pictures to share and the video I took of her taking off in the F-16. Thank you for all your services everyone out there!

My wife's F-16 ride. Sorry for the weird color issue, YouTube changes settings and it made it horrible... I have plenty of other videos too of aviation on my channel if anyone is interested check them out and leave a comment or 2

Climb performance seems to be better than my old o-200 power c150. o_O

Man there's nothing stopping you from flying or working aviation if it's really your dream. Where I'm at we hire ALL THE TIME and it's a decent gig. The works not bad & they pay is decent. All u need is a high school diploma or GED and your A&P ticket. If you have zero experience there's a training program, if you have 3 years it's a regular mechanic job.

Yea that climb wasn't quite max it was 4g's only to FL10.. but she did pull 6.5g's! I'll have to look into something with aviation! My problem came when I was hired at my current job and I make close to 50k a year with full benefits 4 weeks of vacation and 2 3k bonuses a year... but I'm not totally happy.. I should look into it!

Eh... The tanker side isn't quite as much fun. Because it's a giant airliner...

I could have gone in one to watch refuel jets during the Air show his past summer but we weren't married yet
