    I would recomend good mexican restaurants but good mexican food to me is not some grinded meat with a bunch of chesse and letuce on top :notsure:

    Found an incredible Mexican influenced restaurant in CO Springs, sadly no others have lived up to that one. My wife looked them up a while back, the restaurant had been sold to someone and then closed about a 1 1/2yr latter.

    Baja Fresh is good and we have a Sweet Taco near the office that's real good as well.
