Firewall, above the cab mount. Only when stuffed in there hard. and like Levi pointed out they'll probably rub the cab mount once they clear the firewall. May be doing the cab mount relocate, may just try for an alignment with less caster.

 

May mess with it tomorrow. Felt like ass today, only time I got off the couch was Cracker Bareel this morning

Hey man, question. Which thread/procedure did you use for the ABS kill switch? I've looked at both threads in the mod section, but i think i remember it being called the yellow wire mod

Shouldn't mess with your locker?? let me find the thread.... all the green wire mod is doing is interrupting the ground on your ABS module.

 

I took the time to pull the strut off the drivers side and work the suspension through it's range of travel. The stock bumps were just barely making contact as it ran out of travel. I'm hoping the Wheelers bumps won't "smoosh" to a compressed thickness of any less than the stock bumps. I'm hoping it's good without spacers.

5100's @ 0".....885X coils, 1/2" poly spacer on drivers side, 1/4" aluminum spacer on passenger. Maximum amount of front lift I feel comfortable with. (2-3/4") Deavers 2" AAL in rear. Headstrong U-bolt flip kit. Will be doing Dakars at some point when money tree blooms again.

I've been fucking around with NO bumps on the back since last March. (when I did the flip kit)

When you plod along like a slow grampa, things don't get stressed as much! Now I can let 'er rip!

 

Hmmmm. May go back and add a spacer.....front AND rear.

 

So basically I have to use crom's method since I'm set up like an off road with an e-locker. All i really want to do is kill traction control for drifting on gravel roads.
