Austin Area TW Chapter (all gens welcome, even T4Rs; heck, just make it a Toyota and we're good)

My order has been to first start with all the stickers that each add +5 hp (+5 for each letter on the tailgate). Then i moved on to LED bulbs, some providing huge gains! I had a couple of sessions of plastidip, but am unsure on the massive gains as of yet. lol

For real though, I just got my TRD sport and I did tires, ko2 265/70/17 first. Went with load range C tires and just the plus size from stock. A lift is next for me with the parts sitting at the shop. I plan to add sliders and some lights/electrical with tax money. Oh, snagged a handheld CB as well. You know, there is just too much shit thats "needed". Tire deflator, inflator (although HF has an air station), and a tire repair kit are probably smort to have all the time.

 

I don't see any lift parts on my floor, what gives?

 

Im so busy currently, haven't been able to have the shop less than a mile away do it. I appreciate the offer good sir!

Ive been a member for awhile and I'm born and raised in austin but for the last year i lived in the RGV area (mcallen/brownsville) and back in ATX, was wondering who y'all knew if not some fellow members on here who could help install my icon coilovers i just ordered today.. i only got the fronts for now but have an '09 doubecab pre runner currently on a 3" procomp lift with 285 bfg km2 and method race wheels. I would love to meet some austin area members

I think you would be okay on the easiest of trails but 4wd definitely comes in handy.

If you have a locker, you would be fine. 2wd open diff will be a challenge.
