Maybe I misread, I though he meant for $200 it's over prices. At full price I would rather spend $600 more and get the 4x. The hitchgate(?) at $800 is way to close to a real rear swing out

I assume @dtaco06 was referring to the price of a new fold down versus the price of a swing out bumper.
At full price, I'm surprised CBI or anyone sold these things but that's probably why they stopped making them.
CBI does have a garage sale going on right now and I have been tempted to pick up a swing out bumper from them but the price isn't good enough yet

I agree. I assumed he was talking about the $200. I'm tempted to do the Savage and add on later. But then you're paying shipping twice. If I got CBI I would get all the goodies

I'll either go CBI hybrid or 4Xinnovations. I don't like the holes in the Savage bumper and I like the plate effect the other two have. With whichever bumper I do get, I'll spare no expense and do it right the first time.
4Xinnovations is supposedly coming out with a dual swing out and I'm keeping my eyes out for that

I'll likely end up with some of their sliders

Edit: and rear bumper if they make one for 3rd gens

I think the 3rd gen is on hold for other projects

I remember...I was waiting on his design for the 3rd gen bumper till I went with brute force. I saw him starting to work on the 4th gen rear not too long ago. Love to see that price.

I think they only have sliders for 3rd gens. Wish I had bought some during their Black Friday sale

I'm working on both gens currently.

Rear bumper for 4th gen is almost done.

Front bumper for 3rd gen is almost done.

    Sliders for both are done.

I saw on the local news after the game that in this day and age if you have a text message agreement to buy and the seller pulls out you can sue for damages. But don't be that guy...

Want to say something to the guy but isn't worth my time. Guess I'll just have to get a swing out sooner rather than later
