What campsite did you guys select? I don't want to move camps in the dark again.

 

Left it at undecided. Doesn't really matter since you can camp wherever you want out there.

I'm registered! Now I just need to get the time off work.

 

I took the Friday off, planing on rolling out Thursday after work.

 

If I don't take off Thursday I could end up working until midnight for some outage. When I'm not on vacation, I'm on-call 24/7. I'll just have a relaxing day to pack and get ready.

 

I know the site says its a family friendly event, but are any of yall bringing out your kids? Im assuming someone other than me has kids on this thread

 

There are 2 family camp sites and usually a bunch of kids running around. I just try to stay away from the family camps during Jamboree since the lights out rule was enforced last year.

I am to old for somebody telling me I have to be in bed by 10

Overall very family friendly!

 

Just for clarification: bringing kids doesn't mean you have to use the family camps. But in the other camps, there is no lights out.

Party ends when the last one goes to bed

 

Heading out Thursday. Aiming to be there mid day. Plan on having my 5-yo with me. If the wife comes then I'll have a 2-yo as well.

Just registered for the Jamboree. Wifey is a no-go but I might try to take the kiddo depending on how he's doing as a 6-month old... we'll see.
