Thule or yakima both work well. I used rhino tracks once but the slot is a little different and it made the install harder.

I drilled 4 holes, 2 for each cross bar, and used a t-nut with a flat head 1/4-20x5/8" SS screw. To make it water tight, I used a fiber washer, then a rubber washer under the counter sunk washer.

Sooooo i couldnt wait anylonger with the rack assembled sitting in the living room floor for 5 days i decided to run to lowes and pick up the missing bolts. Got it mounted now to wait for the light bar brackets to come in.:cool::D:D
Sorry for the crappy photo but its dusk and the lighting sucks currently. Hopefully will get some better shots tomorrow.

Your wind deflector is on backwards, the Prinsu design goes over the Pass side. Other than that, looks great!

That really looks good. Do you have any other pics from other angles? Where did you get the hardware?

Anyone know what size track nut works with the Thule cap rack tracks? What size is used to mount the caprac feet to the cap track system?

Never mind, I have asked the supplier of our hardware to quote me some. If I can get a good deal I may do a small group buy since I have to get them in boxes of 200.

Dang your perfect symmetry! I was going to opt for the next purchase to be a Pelican 1630 for the bed....but that looks good....and 2 more weapons.
Still waiting on my Prinsu rack so there's time to decide which way to go first

What tint you got on there?
