You can stop stalking my posts, its not an STi forum it's a pro forum. At least I have the $50k to spend on a truck. Go ahead, use your ban powers I don't give a crap.

i guess you've seen my post above yours?
i picked up my Pro (MT, you're ordering an MT truck.... right? lol), and on the drive home my right leg fell asleep from the bad flat and high seat. i went on 2 more drives over an hour each and my right leg fell asleep again both times. and the seat was just horrible.

my upholstery shop hooked me up for $200... it's one of the most comfortable seats i own now. i was in your position in that i wouldn't settle on that for $40k+. so i fixed it for $200. and it's actually fixed. quite a few hours of seat time and i'm fully happy now.

i would have gotten a 4R Pro if it came with a MT. but this Tacoma drives beautifully and keeps growing on me.

Haha no man mines is an AT. Although I love manual a good 80% of the driving I do is in heavy traffic plus my gf doesn't know how to drive manual and she helping pay for the truck. Any chance you can send a pick of the seats after you got them fixed? I'd like to see what they did to it to get an idea

i can try to shoot a pic at some point next couple days... super busy right now. you won't see too much though.... it looks a bit puffier than the passenger side (which i did not touch), that's all you'd see in the pic. basically they carved off a layer of the bottom of the seat foam and carved out a "bucket" portion where your butt centers so it contains you and you can sink into it. after that the leather cover was a bit loose, so they filled the slack with some light puffy foam to fill it up, but that part collapses easily when you sit but it doesn't look different from stock so much.

Okay. That would be my main concern if I did it as long as it looks stock than it's okay in my book

you definitely would not know it's different from stock unless you sat in it. if you're in DFW feel free to contact me and try it yourself.

It's a Tacoma forum and a forum where we respect each other even if we disagree at times. Attitudes like this exhibited here towards another member mod or not are not welcome or looked upon kindly.

    Quick facts for tundras
TRDPro's: prices vary from 5-10k for a additional for a Pro (dependent upon what trim level u are buying that is not a Pro)

I purchased a limited. More luxury items.
Bought the TRDPro grill, headlights (now replaced with Spyders) TRD shift knob, painted my Tundra badges and had my front bumper caps vinyl wrapped.

All for maybe $600 or so. Why? I liked the look of the Pro...but why would I lower my trim level and spend $10k or so more for something that has "TRDPro" stamped on the bed, TRD wheels (which I'm not a fan of the offset) and 2" of suspension? Nah. I'll make it the way I want and ride for much, much less.

Ya know.......That might sound impressive in your head, but given that there are many....MANY vehicles that are considered "Average" that cost much more than that........you might not want to be throwing that little rock around.
