    Oh I can feel your pain buddy. Went through it a few years back. First buyer got scared off by the crazy lady behind us poking her head over the fence butting into the buyers business. Had to have my lawyer send her a letter threatening to sue her if she did it again. Fortunately ours sold in a week. Good luck man!
