i was an active member on a forum that my ex was on (local forum so i knew everyone on there). and there'd be events and he'd always be like "not sure who i'm taking yet" after he had already invited me, or put himself down with a plus 1. i'm like dude, you know i can see this right?

But have to admit, since having kids I haven't really been able to sit and watch a game from beginning to end... the nightly routine kills that.

 

I lost interest in the NHL with the 2004 lockout. Just never cared to give it a chance after that.

 

Yup, been thinking about it though, kind of bullshit they announce it today and schedule the presser for 11:30 when the parade starts at 11. I think Neely and Sweeny need to take some responsibility for giving Claude unbalanced rosters the last 2 years.

 

Feel about the same here. Used to have season tix to the AHL team we had back in Lexington, Ky. I remember seeing Chara first learning how to play defense and skate with some of the big boys. He looked like a new born colt out there sometimes. But the lockout soured me on the NHL. Oldest trophy given out in sports and the league can't come to an agreement??

 

It's all Gary Bettman. He isn't far behind Roger as the worst sports commissioner. He has been commissioner since 1993 and there have been 3 lockouts.
