I'm not sure what I like better. BAMF grill with the back plate or plastidipping. I do like both looks on the BBP, but BAMF is currently having a 20% sale so I could get it for about $500. On the other hand, Plastidip is only 5 bucks!

    What do you guys think?

I prefer the plasti-dip of these two.

Of all of them, i prefer the pro.

BAMF all the way. IMO best looking aftermarket grill I have ever seen on any vehicle.

I was going to go with the Pro initially, but after seeing it so much on these forums, I'm not sure I like it as much anymore. I don't care for how much it sticks out, and I with the lettering was a little bigger.

I think the Plastidip one looks a little classier, but the BAMF with matching back plate does look sweet.

Plastidip because it is cheap, easy, and looks OEM.

With how far the PRO grill sticks out..you probably have room to fit that!!:p

Seen two grill surrounds with BAMF inserts cracked in cold weather on this board. I'd confirm they made a design change before having one in winter weather.

Regardless of how much the pro grille sticks out, the fab guys should stick to...well, fabricating stuff like bumpers and skids. Not trying to stamp ugly bro mawlcrawler grilles that don't match or flow with anything at all.

It was posted on the forums. You will see the discount only after you add items to your cart. I added the grill with back plate which was $635, but showed up in the cart for $508! If you've been looking to get any BAMF gear, now is the time!

That said, I don't think I like the BAMF grill enough to pay $500 when I can Platidip for $10 and it looks a little classier.

If anyone is interested and lives in the Seattle area, I've got a BAMF grille that I will be selling and haven't gotten around to posting yet. Make me an offer!

I agree they are reaching outside their normal scope of work. The "blocky-ness" may not flow well with the OEM body/bumper....
but I was planning on a new plate bumper anyway. The straight lines of both compliment each other and flow nicely IMO.

The BAMF's are badass, but no way I'm spending $500+ on a grill (you pro grill guys are crazy!), I got a CustomCarGrills one and I love it. Simple, sleek and way better looking than the OEM[IMG] [IMG]
