surprised indusco couldn't help. the shape may be a little odd, but a 3/4 pin clevis-end turnbuckle isn't an uncommon thing.

what's the use for this turnbuckle? does it have to be adjustable when installed on the machine, or can you take it off, adjust it, and then reinstall it at the proper length?

a true turnbuckle will have a right hand thread on one end, and left hand on the other, so you can lengthen and shorten it in place. if it's possible to adjust it off the machine, you can get two right hand threaded yoke ends from fastenal, and then use threaded rod between them.

just search "yoke end" on Fastenal, and a ton of options will come up. just find the pin size, rod size, and yoke arm length you need.

    yoke

    Data sheet

I don't believe this one is threaded, so you'd just need a top and bottom nut for each yoke, to hold the rod in place. because of the yoke style, if your turnbuckle is in compression, this is not a good option. but if your turnbuckle is under tension, this could be a quick, easy, and inexpensive temporary solution while you wait on the factory parts.

So, I'm curious, can some of you guys with DRL's pop the socket out and see if it's turned a little Brown from the heat? Mine have, and seeing as I haven't had any issues I'm assuming its normal, but wanted to see if maybe my truck was being "special" again.

There was a tsb and then a recall on them at one point. they can melt down....i'm glad i don't have them

however, i did buy a set of lights from a truck that had DTRLs and the turn signal lenses were slightly melted
