Funny thing is that's actually what she got me. Got the kettle grill and the Pizza kit. Haven't used it yet but as soon as the weather breaks that's going to happen.

Might not be a bad thing. Sometimes I like the taste of heat without the ring of fire that eventually goes with it.

Oh shit! To bad the Taco just got me for $1750.... But in all honesty I am not sure that its really any different/better than my weber 26.75. It can do all the same things.

LoL. I made kimchi once. It's pretty knarley stuff. To me, it's a super pain in the ass to make. Like people who don't understand bbq.

Smoking cheese, nuts, olives and salt is tons of fun. I try to do a few batches a year for gifts. Especially for xmas. A little goes a long way and everyone really appreciates it.

Hands down the kettle is the best all around grill out there for the price. For 100 bucks it will crush 99.9% of the grill ypu can purchase over the counter. The Summitt grill is a well built piece. To be honest I haven't used one yet. The down fall for me is its priced way oUT of the market. For that cost just go with a Primo. Everything in one. All this talk about brick ovens. Just save yourself 5-10grand on one and buy a Primo. Puuuurrrrrssss at 700 degrees all day and you can build an oven with in the oven for the perfect pie. Also, you won't be able to cook a pig in a bar built brick oven.
