or you have a turbo that is poorly matched to your engine, which is less likely.

Part of me wants to say F the EFR, and get the synchronic bov and their wastegate... Might be even more controllable than the tight little efr package.... if they havent casted my turbo by this week... I may have to pull that trigger

Well the EFR comes with a BOV. Closer to the compressor outlet, the more efficient. No need for an additional, unless you want one.

As for the w/g, all depends on your packaging requirements. Whether internal or external.

More efficient for blowing off, but still far away from the throttle plate. Thats where the synchronic bov really stands out

Got the port fueler from a guy in Washington State who decided he wasn't ready to turbo his truck, he was worried about reliability.
Should I consider looking for a different turbo, I only plan to run 9psi.

    lucky.

And all up to you. Not like our motors have a high rpm range anyways. I might go a touch bigger on the exhaust side.

$1200 for the port fueler? Definitely didn't pay that. I thought it was only $200 before it was discontinued.

    Highway robbery!
I was thinking to start with I may just install the CX headers and turbo without the intercooler, and rely on my Methanol injection and URD AFR and MAF calibrators for tuning up to about 7psi.
I will monitor my fuel pressure and if it drops off I'll upgrade the fuel pump.
If I still need more fuel then I'll install the MAP ECU and the turbo port fueler, otherwise I may sell them off if I'm happy as is.

You'll want a bigger fuel pump. Id just go with that right away. Probably run out of fuel with the stock injectors too.

I have a Walbro 190 but I've been told to avoid them like the plague, so I will look into getting a Denso 950-0159 or the AEM that Brice bought.
I have a set of RC Racing 310cc injectors but I've heard it's a pain to tune oversized injectors when not in boost.
Either I tune the oversized injectors with the URD calibrators or go all out and install the MAPECU and port fueler.

I am using stock fuel pump at 9psi (10.5psi peaks according logs) and running ultra rich 10.8 AFR FWIW
No need to upgrade fuel pump for your goals.
