Curious as to whether you have a preferred aiming procedure or not.

The set I have now I cheated a bit and used the stock beam pattern up against a gate 20 feet away or so and hoped to match the height. Ended up being a bit more extensive than that, rotational issues as well as every other aspect.

I have the front raised 2" or so, basically leveled out. I can get the height no problem, curious as to the spread of the beams. Should I have to worry about side to side alignment as much as height of the beams?

 

You may have to do a little side to side aiming not much. The up and down you will just have to see once you get them on your truck cuz every truck is different. There are some threads on the height they should be from a certain distance. I have my personal ones aimed a hair high

Quick question, I see you have paer tabs over the parking and running light openings. I can still use those lamps correct? I'm sure it is a moisture thing, but just want to make sure.

 

Yea you put your bulbs in there. That's just so no dust or packing peanuts would get in there during shipping
