    haha tell me about it, I just went through all of that, and I wasn't even home to sign it all! My wife had to sign for me with my Power of Attorney, I nearly slept on the couch when I got home.. I wrote out my full name and her full name which are both long, and she had to sign both with POA verbage on EVERY signature block. hahahahhah pretty sure she got carpal tunnel.

    Thankfully no. That's 1 north coming out of Watsonville. Normally a 12-15 min drive took 35 min. Wife was pissed as she had plans...oops.

    So Oroville is at 858 ft and it crests at 900' and it's currently rising at 1' per hour so less than 42 hours until crestbof the rain continues so it looks like they have decided to flow water and let the spillway wash away they say it doesn't effect the integrity of the damn.
    Interesting stuff for people down stream for sure
