I'd love to see a straight side shot of the truck because that would tell you pretty quick. That or a shot if the rear bumper was still on the truck.

Now I'm looking at my old photos to figure out what you can and can't see. Way to make me sad, guys.

Yeah yeah. One that is PAINFULLY stock still. I have no budget for knobby tires, even though I've got the TRD wheels in my cellar. Adulting is no fun...at all.

What hurt the most was that after selling my STi, I had planned on paying it off in full (I owed less than $5,000 on it) and they buying a toy. I ended up with a small loan instead for the new truck. I did get my sunroof though, which was key. I do suppose a DC is better for future small humans, as well. But man, I miss having a lifted, ARB'd, modified truck. I have a few things leftover that will go into the '16 next summer, but yeah...I miss that truck.

It's all good. All I need to do is look around on the forum!

Roads were an absolute shit show this morning, hope everyone made it to work alright or had the good sense to stay home until the salters made it out. I unintentionally had the truck sideways a few times on my way in and had no less than 10 extremely butt puckering moments but I made it in averaging 10-15 MPH.

The main roads I was on were fine, but had a shit ton of traffic. So I went some backroads, and they were absolute shit! Traction Control came on a few times and slid a little around one turn. Probably took me just as long if not longer than if I stayed on the main roads in traffic.

We had really light fluffy snow followed by about an inch of ice pellets last night. This morning the roads were completely fine....except for where they'd salted. In my town they hadn't salted until the storm was over, and the roads swept completely clean because it was such light, dry snow. I hit the next town over and they were covered in 3 inches of pulverized slush and I saw 4 cars off of the road before I got to work. Downtown Lewiston was a complete mess; I actually dropped my plow and swept through an intersection because I watched the car in front of me take probably close to 30 seconds to get across it because he had to slip and slide his way through 4 inches of slush.

But, the new tires on the plow truck worked awesome. I never even put it into 4x4 for my entire trip into work, even where the roads were shitty. The high void ratio on these things did a great job of cleaning slush out of their footprint to get down to the pavement.

    Lol.
A Centennial Terra Commander A/T :anonymous: I was considering Duratracs but even with my discount I was looking at $550 for just the tires in a 235/75R15, so I went on Ebay and found these for just over $400.

They only make this pattern in a couple of sizes, and they're both 15's, which I thought was odd because I bet they'd be popular if they made them in 16's or 17's. But it's a good aggressive old-school tread, that's for sure.

Wow, that tire looks rugged. I had a few pucker moments on my road by the house that never gets taken care of but the rest of the 35 miles was just a slow roll.

I'd rather be moving than sitting in traffic though.

I agree. On my way home I sometimes take a longer route just so I'm not sitting.

Did anyone see anything about all this ice in the forecast? All I heard was about today's high temperature and tomorrow's snow storm nothing about the ice last night

Nope, didn't see anything about it. All the news was talking about was the mid to high 50s today, and the 12 inches of snow we are going to get tomorrow.
