    Hahaha that's right buddy! Don't have a whole lot of time to workout! Although my wife got me a nice stand for my heavy bag this Christmas so I really need to start using it. Need to go to bed 30 mins earlier and wake up and do a 30 minute heavy bag session. In July I lost 11 lbs in 6 weeks from hitting the bag 20-25 mins per day. And it felt great.
