I have the removal tool that ecgs sells to pull the old needle bearing. I dont have the install tool but have a buddy who does if I remember correctly, so hopefully I can borrow. He may want to help out as well. He has a taco too.

And yes, Coots Kings are going to be mine, soon as I send him the $

 

I dont have the race install tool either. We might be able to rent it, if your friend doesnt have one. I do have the removal tool and the dust seal. I think we need some differential fluid too. Or at least I want to do that in the spring, at some point.

 

I should have a partial quart of diff fluid, it is redline 75w90. If you have 75w90, you can help yourself to it. IIRC not a lot comes out, but definitely needs to be topped off after the bearing is installed. We could do my garage, but it would have to be one at a time. The driveway is somewhat steep and I dont know if I would be comfortable lifting something on it.

sunny and fair weather is definitely preferred, even if we use my garage. It isn't heated, although I have a 20lb propane canister and one of those heater things that sits on top of it. It helps a lot.

 

Sitting at the dentist, at least I have something amusing to look at.

Also just saw that @LSC15 does retro fits, and he is east coast. Not sure if you have found a retro guy yet but if not thats another option for you.

Pics when installed, I'll be keeping an eye on your build thread. The HID projectors are definitely the way to go. One of the best upgrades I have done to my truck IMO.

 

ya my father in law has a 15 taco i put some retrofits on his truck night and day difference.

 

At least theres tv screens. I usually get stuck by the bathroom in the middle.

Everyone on this flight is pissed do to the fact we are basically empty with 50 open seats in a 737-900ER they had to move rows 8-15 to the back of the bus for weight balance.....not me I'm in the exit row..
