This is officially my first forum post but I've been coming to TW for the last year or so. I'm looking for some advice on a wheel upgrade. I've got a '14 SR5 Prerunner with no lift. I do 90% street driving and I'd like to keep the best gas mileage possible. Looking to install 18" Tuff T01 wheels but not sure on the offset or wheel size. I have small kids that like to climb in the truck so I'd rather not lift it. I'm contemplating 265/60R18's . If anyone has this setup or can lend some advice it would be much appreciated.

So that particular wheel you'd want the +10mm offset, the -13mm offset would be better for a lifted truck running larger tires.
Wheel weight and tire weight will play a large roll in regards to MPGs. When selecting tires keep that in mind.
Going to 18" will also make for a shorter sidewall which will make the ride a bit stiffer.

Thanks for the feedback on the offsets Mike. Obviously the radius of the tire changes the revolutions so I know that plays a role in the mpg's. I didn't consider the weight though.

I have the tuff rims like in the pic you have posted except in 20x10. Like mentioned above once you add in the new larger tires mpg will suffer, currently I'm running 33 toyo MTs and they are heavy! The rims are ok but after a bit of time the black has faded a bit.

Thanks for the feedback Scott. I really want them in gunmetal but they only come in 20". I've got a powder coat guy so if they fade or chip I'll just have them done in the future.

Put the wheels on with Goodrich Wrangler 265/65r18 tires. Changes the look of my truck big time. Thanks for the info fellas.
