I've been wanting to do this FOREVER now, and my friend Chuck-Norris from work finally hooked me up with his painting skills.

    First we sanded...

I was also looking at this for a while now but with my TRD skid painted black and the Avid Off-Road bar in black, I think the white behind the bar accents it better so I am leaving it white.:D

Just did this yesterday, but with a vinyl overlay. It was time consuming, but worth it.

    Looks good!

Thanks dudes. Yeah it was actually suppossed to be "Hot Rod Flat Black", but because of some kind of cold weather additive we had to use to make it dry correctly it came out shiny. He was baffled at the finished product. We used the last paint out of this can, but he said everything else he painted with the same can of paint came out flat. So, we think it was the additives that made it shiny. I'm not upset with the finished product though, it looks clean, crisp, and professionally done!

Lol welllllll, it's not exactly in production any longer, they stopped making in in late 2008. But it's a Lund 3 piece plastic "cold weather" grille cover. You don't want to know what I went through in order to get my hands on this baby. If you ever see one for sale, do not hesitate to buy it!
