    well thanks guys. i figured with all the combined knowledge here we might figure something out besides "women are confusing and they do it because they can"....
    gonna go drink beer with buddies and try to figure this out. maybe i will have an epiphany

    Yea, we've gotten used to picking it up everytime. Why can't they get used to putting it down.

    I just realized, that's why they go to the bathroom in pairs. One is a spotter. "Watch out honey the seat is up". :p
