Haha yea after you've done the motions of swap a dozen times or so it becomes second nature. Admittedly a good amount of time was spent looking up torque specs. I always forget those.
And I am thoroughly enjoying the rain In california, disregarding the dumb people driving around in it. The underside of my truck has never looked so good!

Well it's been 2 days since its been started, would that still be an issue? Seeing as how there's been an open gash.

I wasn't really worried about depressurization. This is gonna be a shitty depiction but I think I can cut after the gash and just reattach. My question is how do I take off this end of the fuel line from the tee labeled in green?

Oh thats just a nipple. You need to remove the hose clamp and it'll just pull out. You can't separate the plastic from the metal part without destroying it.

That's what I thought it was. You're talking about the yellow piece? Cause yeah that won't budge. I also tried pulling the line when the clamp was loose and also won't budge. Should I just cut after the gash and take the remaining piece of hose off like that?

Looking for seat belt extenders. The little ones that just raise the latch 3" or so.

200 lbs and 2 layers of insulated work clothes makes it hard to fit the buckle into the latch.

Amazon only has the 2 nd gen. Version. I mistakenly bought, but they fit my 2 nd gen Tundra just fine. Even with no insulated clothes, the extended latch is very nice.

Is there a difference in 1st gen versions? If anyone has a link, I'll be greatful.

You can live dangerously and on the edge like that one guy and put blocks under your seat rails.

How you actually got that open without shattering or melting it... I'm impressed. I've tried multiple sets and always break them

I needed one for my kid's booster seat in the back, I got it for free from Toyota. Ask at your dealership.

It may be easier to cut the hose and undo the T if you can get the other end off and then use pliers.

Usually on nipple fittings espeically fuel ones they get kinda fused. I use pliers and tightly but not enough to squeeze it against the nipple and break it grab and twist to break the bond. Usually helps a lot.

    Not the point.

Wearing multi levels of cloths makes it difficult to insert the belt because the cloths are often covering the latch. Raising the latch position by just 3" makes a world of difference.

Even my 120 pound wife commented on how much easier it is to latch the belts in the Tundra.

So I replaced that LBJ. Buuut. That wasn't the problem either! I mean it's a good thing I was looking down there, because that LBJ did need to be replaced (not so much the UBJ though.....)

The actual problem seems to be coming from the sway bar end link. Looking at parts diagrams, I don't think there is a bushing I can replace for where I see the movement. Do I have to replace the entire end link? Also, why does it look like there is only one round end in the replacement diagrams? There is clearly two ends to the link.

Not sure if you can tell from the footage, but the play is in the top part of the link.
