Cause it uses a tow bar. I prefer the tugs without tow bars. Easier to move the aircraft and less likely to have damage.

Some flags and center console divider... lots of things on the wanted list.
All I am used to is using Ukes with tow bars. Damn KC-135/707s. The 767 will be the same as well.

We had to load a 135 tow bar onto our aircraft for a mission once. That was the biggest nightmare I ever had to do. But, it was worth it. Flew the college football coaches around the middle east.

It's not bad, although the job varies quite a bit depending on which airline your with, I only see two or three plane models total, some guys see everything under the sun.

    That it can be. 20161020_123850.jpg

Arctic sunrise. This one is a few more than a few years old. My previous job flying sked, medevac, and charter out of Inuvik NWT.

...^^^... Hey Bushed ... I have been to Yellow Knife, NWT. Beautiful areas around it.

Our delivery crew had to wait for a log and ice bridge to freeze solid in order to deliver a fire truck to a remote area outside Y/K, NWT.

PS ... Ice Road Truckers TV show does some filming in Inuvik NWT too.

    ^^^

I enjoyed my time in the Arctic. Ten months of winter. Two months of bad snowmobiling. Figured it was about time I started getting serious about making the move to an airline, but wanted that quintessential Canadian northern flying experience before I made the move. Glad I had the chance.

eh, all we have are Towbar setups, id honestly feel weird without it now, not comfortable getting that close to the plane with the pushback.

Back when I was a cable guy I went to the owner of Lektro's house on an installation. Was funny that the first picture in his house was a self portrait, just a few feet from the entrance. Way down the hall was a family portrait.

Just some more info: additional trouble shooting revealed a blockage at the drain port of the pitot. Apparently when the airplane was repainted in Canada ~2013 they didn't remove or properly mask the pitot. Mx up in Montana found a significant amount of dried paint clogging the drain hole at the rear.
